Coaching & Mentoring Joint Ventures
What would it take to increase the probability of success of your real
estate joint venture (partnership)?  It would take knowledge, experience,
and the right resources.  The key is clearly the knowledge and
experience.  How can one get the knowledge and experience?  You can
spend a lifetime getting it, or a better answer is to get a coach or mentor
who has a lifetime of knowledge and experience.

There are two ways to bring in a coach or mentor who can increase your
likelihood of success many times over:

  1. Pay the coach/mentor a one-time fee or a scheduled fee; or
  2. Bring the coach/mentor in as a key partner.

By having a good coach or mentor, you will dramatically increase the
probability of your success.

Under very limited circumstances, I will participate in a joint venture.  I will
consider being a coach/mentor for a fee, which I prefer.  You can
contact me at my
email address, and please give me a brief introduction
of what you are planning, and leave me your phone number and a good
time to call you.
