Lack of Capital Causes Partnership Failure

If you jump into a partnership without the requisite experience, there are
many things you will not anticipate.  I strongly recommend reviewing the
Secrets to a Powerful & Successful Partnership.

When you run into a problem like lack of capital or insufficient income to
keep going, this is when any relationship issues will blow up and destroy
everything.  Sound like a marriage?  It is very similar.
If you have a written business plan,
you should recognize the possibility of a
lack of capital, which could destroy your
dreams of a successful partnership in
real estate.

Lack of capital is usually is the result of
partners not planning carefully and not
anticipating costs and expenses that put
them over the edge.  It is the questions
you don't ask that will not give you
answers you need.  Insufficient income
is also a lack of capital in the beginning.
Do you have the capital strength to get the job
done?  Have you trained and planned for it?
