Credit Shelter Trust
This trust is also a revocable living trust, and is used most commonly for a
single person, who has children or grandchildren who may be too young to
manage funds at the time.

It also avoids probate or ancillary probate and helps maintain privacy.  A trust
of this kind can also be helpful in using outside administration of an estate or for
investment purposes.
