Dynasty Trust
This trust is often also called a perpetual generation-skipping trust or a legacy
trust.  This trust is either created as irrevocable or become irrevocable upon the
death of the grantor.

This kind of trust is generally used for the very wealthy who have a desire to
provide for several generations down the line (including unborn) and are
concerned about federal estate taxes.  It is possible for this kind of trust to last
in perpetuity, provided it is set up correctly.
